The challenge was set - to produce an all-encompassing interactive tool that would replace the business’s induction model for new starters.
fresh design and interactive teams produced a 100% on-brand experience that really communicates to its target audience. As well as looking great, crucially it provides a tool for Managers to monitor the progress of new starters and complete their inductions without the need to take them off site.
