We produced this groundbreaking event for the second year in succession at Olympia, London. We managed everything from the delegate management to the event branding and from full technical production to creative development of all presentations and video for the Convention.
2009 was the first opportunity for the 2,500 senior managers from Abbey, Alliance & Leicester and Bradford & Bingley to come together under one roof so we were give the challenge of creating an inspiring and informative networking space for them to converge in during the coffee and lunch breaks.
We built our theme around Santander’s sponsorship of Formula One and designed a fully interactive space with fun activities such as: the pit stop challenge, a 16-seater simulator ride and themed games and competitions. There were also educational exhibition stands covering different areas of the business, a cinema area and live interviews with the Exec Directors which were conducted on the ‘Winners podium’.
