We won the contract to produce all Avon’s events for 2009 and 2010 in November last year. In August 2009 we produced their ‘Mega Event’ – two flagship events held back to back at the Hilton Metropole in Birmingham. Each event consisted of a 2 day conference with a gala dinner for 600 delegates – Sales Leaders and Divisional Managers from across the UK.
We designed and produced both events and managed the technical and logistical complexities of six breakout rooms and five car giveaways across the four event days. All breakout rooms and the main conference room had to be changed around overnight to meet the new requirements of the second event. Both events were heavily sales driven so we also managed the hundreds of rewards and prizes which were given out during the daytime and both gala dinners.
