Avon really wanted to motivate managers and trainers to achieve big things in the year ahead. And we know from past experience that this audience really loves a touch of theatre.
The event was staged at the Ricoh arena in Coventry and brought together people from the UK and Ireland. ‘IGNITE YOUR FUTURE’ was extremely positive and left the audience feeling inspired – which was at the heart of Avon’s brief.
As well as developing the theme and overseeing the technical production, we created videos and all creative content for speaker presentations. Avon also asked us for ideas on how to present their new jewellery, haircare and skincare ranges. We do love a good challenge and responded with a bespoke mini salon and several LED lit jewellery ‘pods’
