New Look appointed fresh to produce their Communication Day in September 2008 at Old Billingsgate Market in London. 700 delegates consisting of Store Managers, Head Office personnel and distribution centre managers spent the day learning all about New Looks progress in the market place, plans for the future and key product for peak Christmas trading.
The event used the entire venue space with several breakout rooms and engaging activities for delegates to get really hands on with the product and to give them the opportunity to touch and feel product and understand New Looks company values. The main room centred around a stunning catwalk where we staged a fabulous fashion show, reminiscent of London Fashion Week, which served as a real wow factor finale for the event.
We also helped New Look develop a delicious lunch menu for their delegates to emulate the international flavour of the company. We served international tapas which kept the atmosphere informal but meant that the delegates could enjoy something different from the usual conference fare.
