In signing this document, the signatory agrees to the following:

  1. That they have the necessary authority to confirm participation in this programme.
  2. That the venue listed shall provide the detailed offer for the duration stated.
  3. A notice period of 8 weeks is required should either party wish to withdraw from this offer, to avoid inclusion in a communication piece. Notice must be made in writing.
  4. Full current public liability insurance is held by the venue.
