A "New Look" for New Look Customers - Pamper Treats!

New Look engaged freshrewards to help them take a ‘new look’ at rewarding their customers. To encourage cardholders to increase their average spend, we proposed a campaign of pamper treat rewards for a certain transactional spend. As Christmas was fast approaching, we suggested facials, pedicures, eyebrow shapes or eyelash tints would be great incentives for customers and set them up for the party season, and created a truly bespoke solution with POS and a branded website, which was also a great way to measure campaign traffic and monitor redemptions.

The campaign was a resounding success with an increase of 400% in new card openings in just one week, so if you saw some beautifully dressed and quaffed people around Christmas, you can bet they were New Look shoppers!
