Brief – Marks and Spencer asked fresh rewards to look into delivering themed prizes to customers who ordered flowers online, each promotion had to achieve a number of objectives and incorporate a variety of rewards to suit every demographic.
Objective – To drive eye catching headlines to stand out from competitors and drive website traffic to the M&S Flowers website via various channels including affiliate marketing such as banners on MSN, Sky.com and email marketing campaigns.

Fathers Day:
Winning customers received a special Fathers Day card containing one of 105 prizes – including 2 night breaks to the 5* Fairmont St Andrews, Scotland with rounds of golf, breakfast, dinner, spa treatment for the ladies if they wish and £100 towards the cost of travelling to the hotel.
Other prizes included a 12 issues subscription to a range of magazines to suit all dad’s such as Today’s Golfer, FHM, Garden Answers, Q, Empire & Car.
