It really did “Feel Like Summer” had arrived when Superdrug launched their Summer 2009 scratch card promotion to over 15 million people.
Customers simply had to spend £5 in store or online and they received a treat scratch card PLUS two Merlin Group, 2-4-1 attraction vouchers. With every scratch card was a winner, customers had the chance to treat themselves with:

Worldwide accommodation offers
Discounted holiday vouchers
Discounted family breaks with Haven Holidays
Adrenaline activity days
Kids sporting activities
Discounted breaks with HotelREZ
Dining offers
Plus Superdrug customers had the chance to win one of four holidays worth £2000!
fresh rewards created the online reward platform at www.superdrug.com/treat, provided creative design, administered a promotional help line, sourced all treats and prizes and delivered them within a fixed fee.
Well known participating brands included: Millies Cookies, Living Room, Prohibition and Zizzi Restaurants, Yates, Haven Holidays, HotelREZ, Coerver, Little Kickers, The Boxing Association, Bungee Club, Skirmish, Delta Force, Quasar, Balloons Over Britain, Lazar at Tenpin, Daytona Go-Karting and UK Alpine Centres to name but a few.
In total there were over 4000 participating partners and venues including 2040 sports activity partners, 147 independent restaurants and 294 restaurants from branded chains. Customers travelled with ATOL and ABTA backing.
The campaign, aimed at teens to over 35’s and OAPs alike, was designed to:

The campaign was live from 22 June to 10 August 2009 and all treats are to be taken by 1 June 2010. Superdrug have 909 stores who all participated.
