Kabel BW asked freshrewards to help them attract new customers by promoting their high quality digital cable TV product and their telecommunication services through an engaging incentive to a broad audience base.
freshrewards had the idea to create a “freeflights” incentive within Europe from 1st March to 30th April 2010 for all new Kabel BW customers who sign up for a new contract. To guarantee the success of the freeflights promotion freshrewards created a specific web landing page, a 750,000 strong direct mail campaign and over half of a million e-shots to alert new potential customers.
The promotion was so successful Kabel BW were able to increase their leads by 30%.
