Nivea wanted to offer an attractive incentive for their loyal customers by creating a nationwide on-pack campaign. freshrewards made it possible by providing Nivea customers with the choice of either a free massage or personal training lesson (between 1st March and 30th June 2010). Our rewards team not only implemented over 1000 participating partners in total for this campaign but also managed the delivery of the contract.
It’s already been a great project having consistently received positive feedback from the partners, the majority of whom have already built new customer relationships!
