Fresh rewards have been busy been expanding their team due to a number of client wins. The new additions include David Fleming as Business Development Manager, Gift Card Services. Prior to joining fresh rewards David provided consultancy services to retail clients, helping them to maximise rewards and motivation opportunities, products and services. David will be playing a key part in launching the new Business to Business freshtravel gift card.
‘I have admired the achievements of fresh rewards and my main aim is to build on this with particular reference to the gift card solutions and travel rewards both in the B2B and B2C sectors.’
The travel team will also be expanding their horizons with the addition of Donna Wan as Travel Advisor, previously at Kuoni. Donna will be supporting the development of the freshtravel gift card, working with the Travel team and will be looking to expand the luxury travel market and opportunities to both existing and new clientele.
Fresh rewards are also pleased to announce that Rachael Lee Lindemann, Senior Account Manager, will be joining to managing several client accounts including Peugeot, Asda and The Times. Rachael has worked across many sectors including automotive, retail and leisure on an intergrated level. ‘I am looking to add value for clients by offering a full service solution across various channels that will enhance clients objectives and ROI.’ Ian Pearce has also joined as Business Development Manager. With a background in retail, banking and insurance, he will be managing and promoting fresh rewards's presence in these areas as well as developing new relationships across other B2B areas.
Commenting on the creation of several new roles for fresh rewards, Director Keith Herman said: ‘I am delighted to welcome so many new fresh faces to the fresh rewards team. We have added real value to the client teams and strengthened the supporting resource. From this position we aim to expand the portfolio of core services and again build our reputation as a leading, innovative provider of motivational and incentive campaigns.’

Never had shopping at Superdrug been so rewarding.
