Our couragious Head of Video, Gareth Crook has committed to 3 (or even possibly 4) runs this year to raise money for our nominated charity Francis House. He aims to raise £1000 by undertaking the BUPA Great Manchester 10k Run next month followed by the Manchester Urban Run which is a 5k run full of obstacles in July and will then the Macclesfield Half Marathon at the end of September.
Gareth has then vowed to undertake the biggest challenge of them all (if he reaches his £1000 target) - Tough Mudder - which is 10 miles and includes some of the scariest looking obstacles any runner can imagine. Designed by Special Forces the course is buried in deepest darkest Cheshire and can be tackled on Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th November!
We're all really behind Gareth for this massive challenge which totals running 52k for Francis House this year and we want to raise as much money as possible through his Just Giving site - http://www.justgiving.com/gareth-crook-running
